Most of the time I'm very OCD about my workout playlists. I'm a nut about the tempo and the songs and the order. I like to arrange them based on themes or moods. I micromanage and control-freak it like crazy. Well, this week I was living dangerously. I put a couple hundred random upbeat songs into a list and hit shuffle. I didn't look at it or fix it, I just started working out. The results stunned me. Each new song was more hilarious and perfect than the last. I had a GREAT workout and I actually doubled over laughing a couple of times at the lunacy. (Tubthumping especially killed me!) I enjoyed this kook fest so much that I saved it to use again.
