Spiderman Exercises

If you've never tried a Turbulence Training workout, or if you've tried it and you're still perplexed about how to do some of those crazy exercises, here's a video demo of the Spiderman push-up and the Spiderman lunge. These things rock! They work your upper body, lower body and core all in one shot.

Wow - those are awesome! Glad to see that even he was a tiny bit winded after demo-ing. Totally going to work the Lunges into my routing, but not sure I'm ready for the pushup quite yet! thanks!

such a shame he wears that long sleeved bulky shirt while doing these....(err..did I just type that "outloud"?)

ps-that spiderman lunge would be an AWESOME yoga flow ...so much harder than the usual downdog with hips UP then step forward into lunge.  me likey!

These things are awesome.  For some reason I'm also in love with the SHELC.

I'm with you Christine.  I get tired just watching him scrabble around like that.  Does this mean I'm getting a vicarious workout?  LOL  I wish.

At your recommendation, I got PN and I also have the Afterburn series.... I am doing the Afterburn II advanced routine - I'm just starting it but so far think it's a fantastic approach.  Do you prefer Turbulence Training to the Afterburn workouts?

Thanks....

I think both programs are great. I have trouble picking one when people ask me which one I like, or which one is better. For maximum fat loss, Afterburn (aka, extreme fat loss training) is really hard to beat. It's also a more hardcore and time consuming. Right now, during the holidays, I'm not into hardcore and time-consuming. I love the speed and flexibility of Turbulence Training. You can get a killer workout anywhere and then get on with your day. No excuses. Love that.
